kinda disappointing

Note that I purchased this model locally, not online, and salaried full list price for it.
That said, I was disappointed at what I got for the money; this appears to be an old style kit, with somewhat undetailed engine (heads and intake manifold all one piece), screw holes in the chassis (and copyright data etc. printed), and even the old steel axle through a hole in the oil pan setup. OK for a lower priced kit, but Revell has positioned this at over $20, and it’s not an example of current state of the art tooling or anything like it.
In contrast, the Revell 2008 Bullitt Mustang for the same price is an example of good current practice.

Nice Gift

This was actually purchased as a gift for somebody who purchased a newer version of the Mustang Bullitt and loves it. The end product was outstanding and shipping was very fast and much appreciated.

The box seemed rather paper weight when it arrived. But it was that the model was much littler than expected. Not a problem. -”Building it was fun!” said the person I gifted it too. Over all Its rather nice. Awesome movie, by the way.
